Monday Yin Yoga
Couldn't load pickup availability
Join Jenn Tipton Monday’s at 11 a.m. for a practice of Yin and Meditation.
Yin is a slower moving practice exploring our fascial system, stretching connective tissue, especially at the joints. We simply hold well-aligned, basic poses.
The quiet stillness of yin allows you to better observe the inner self a bit more clearly.
It magnifies everything. This is where you will find the magic.
Yin yoga is a deeply restorative, nurturing and healing practice.
No experience is necessary and available to all.
A little about Jenn:
A devoted student of yoga for nearly 18 years, Jenn was formally trained and received her certification in 2014. Her teaching style has been influenced by all of her teachers on this path so far.
Her passion lies in creating and sharing the teachings of yoga as a way to explore, heal and deeply reconnect with our bodies, minds and spirits and, in doing so, awaken more fully to our daily experiences, our inner guide, and our highest possibilities.
After a severe injury, Jenn’s practice became the foundation for physical recovery and stress relief. She was enamored with the practice’s unique set of benefits. Today, the practice continues to shift and support her with each and every life transition. Always serving as a steady reminder of the importance of slowing down and the power of connection.
Jenn strives to create a safe space for students to come to explore their own journey and search for healing, and she also hopes to help students tap in to their inner warrior, courage and strength.
The yoga mat is a reminder to show up in life every day with an open heart and a clear mind. When she is not on her mat, you will find her outside, on a beach or a trail, with her husband and dogs. Her two beautiful children inspire her to live selflessly and show up fully for others.
